We at bella luscious want your cake to be the highlight of your event!  When selecting your wedding cake there are three things you’re looking for:  Presentation, Beauty, and of course Taste.  We will ensure that you not only have a beautiful cake visually, but also the best tasting cake possible.

Consultations:  bella luscious requests that all cake projects over 100 servings have a cake consultation.  During the consultation, we will go over design ideas and provide samples for tasting.  Consultations are by appointment only and due to space limitations, you party is limited to three people including yourself.  Day of consultation, please remember to bring the following:  A swatch of wedding colors, invitations, etc. to show us your theme, and any pictures of cake ideas that you’ve found.

Cake projects smaller than 100 servings do not include a cake consultation.  Smaller cakes are designed via email and telephone calls.  If you would prefer to have a consultation, there will be a $50.00 charge (includes samples).  This charge will not go towards any cake you may order.

Samples for cakes of over 100 servings include one flavor combination.  Samples for cakes for 150+ servings can choose up to three flavor combinations.

Deposit:  A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to hold your date for all cakes over $500.00 with balance due four (4) weeks prior to your wedding/event.  All cakes under $500.00 require full payment and signed contract to secure a date.  We accept cash, and personal checks.

Refunds:  Any cancellation requires 3 weeks written notice.  If not at least 3 weeks prior to the event, full payment is still required.  If 3 weeks in advance, deposit is not refunded; however, balance is not required.

Pricing:  Prices vary based on the degree of difficulty, sizing, and design requirements.  You can contact Carrie via email or phone to discuss specifics.  Please keep in mind that sheet cakes are available to supplement your wedding cake in order to stay within your budget.  

All of our cakes are iced with a simple Buttercream frosting.  Options are available for Italian Buttercream and Swiss Buttercream at an additional charge.  

All cakes iced with simple Buttercream frosting start at $3.50 per serving and go up based on difficulty.  Fondant covered Buttercream cakes start at $5.00 per serving and go up based on difficulty.  All gum paste, chocolate modeling paste, pastillage and fondant flowers are priced separately.

Flavors:  White, Vanilla, Yellow and Chocolate are included at base rate.  
                Cherry, Lemon, Strawberry, and Red Velvet:  add $.50 cents/per slice
                Carrot and Banana:  add $.75 cents/per slice

Fillings:     $.25 per serving:  Raspberry Jam, Lemon Custard, or Strawberry Jam
                     $.50 per serving:  Chocolate Buttercream, Fudge, Vanilla Custard
                     $.75 per serving:  Fresh Fruit (seasonal), Mousse

Other Offerings:

Petit Fours :  Vanilla pound cake covered in almond flavored poured fondant icing. Melt in your mouth delicious. Icing can be colored to match your event.
•    With simple decoration: $2.25 each
•    Specialty decoration: $2.50+, Filling add $.50 each​

Cupcakes:   Standard flavor with simple icing:  $2.00 each.  Standard flavor with simple decoration (i.e. cut-out flower): $2.50 each.    

                     Filling is an additional $1.00 each.  Please call for custom decorations.

Delivery/Setup Fee:  Delivery and setup in Wilson County is $25.00.  Delivery and setup outside of Wilson County is minimum $50.00 trip charge.  Actual fee will be based on mileage to event.
